How East Coast Wings Came to Life

East coast wings began as a dream shared over a backyard grill in Melbourne Beach, Florida. Founders Marco and Elena Reyes wanted to bring the bold, saucy, and deeply satisfying flavors of authentic east coast wing culture to their local community — a place where families gather, friends reunite, and every bite tells a story.

What started as a small beachside spot with just six tables has grown into a beloved destination along the scenic A1A corridor. We've stayed true to our roots: hand-crafted sauces, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, and a warmth that keeps guests coming back for more.

A Decade of East Coast Wings

From a small beachside grill to a celebrated restaurant — here's how the story unfolded.

2010

The Beginning

Marco and Elena Reyes open a small 6-table spot in Melbourne Beach, Florida. The original menu features just 8 wing flavors and a handful of sides. The response from locals is immediate and overwhelming.

2013

Growing the Menu

After three years of sold-out nights, we expand the kitchen and grow our east coast wings menu to 20 sauce flavors. We introduce our signature "Coastal Heat" recipe — now a fan favorite.

2016

Renovations & Recognition

East coast wings undergoes a full renovation, doubling seating capacity. We're recognized as "Best Wings in Brevard County" by local food publications for the first time.

2019

Catering & Delivery Launch

We launch our catering service for events and corporate gatherings, plus introduce local delivery — bringing east coast wings to doorsteps across Melbourne Beach and beyond.

2022

Community Roots

We partner with local schools and charities, launching our "Wings for Good" program. A portion of every Tuesday order goes toward local youth sports programs in the Melbourne Beach area.

2025

Today & Beyond

With 30+ sauces, a full menu of sides and beverages, and a loyal community of fans, East coast wings continues to grow while staying true to its roots. More locations and flavors are on the horizon!
